I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Climbworks. From the time we arrived to the time we left, everything was so well organized. They were so patient, knowledgeable, and entertaining. We also enjoyed taking with our driver, Josiah. It was a great time and we will definitely be back.

Ziplining with the guides at Climb Works Gatlinburg was the best experience of our vacation! It was both me and my boyfriend’s first time ever ziplining so we were a little nervous! I agree with many of the other reviews, the experience at Climb Works was top notch from start to finish. The guides were wonderful, funny, and made us feel super comfortable.

We’ve tried several ziplines in the Gatlinburg area over the years, but this place truly stands out as the absolute best. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The guides were outstanding—funny, engaging, and full of personality, yet always professional and attentive to safety. They took the time to explain everything clearly, encouraged everyone in the group, and made the whole experience both thrilling and comfortable.

We had the ABSOLUTE BEST day as a family! The staff was amazing and so comforting from start to finish. We have kids ranging from 7–15, and it was perfect for all ages. If you don’t want to have a blast, face a fun challenge, and truly achieve something together as a family, then find something else — because this experience was unforgettable!

So, first let me start by saying, this is simply the BEST zip line experience I’ve ever had! I honestly can’t say enough good things about Climb Works or their staff! If you want to step outside of your comfort zone and truly have an experience you will never forget in a lifetime, then you need to go to Climb Works and experience what it’s like to have “Courage” in yourself, “Learn” something new, be “Inspired”, become a “Master” at zip lining and finally “Believe” in yourself!
